“When I book an English tour (no tour guide included) I would expect someone who speaks at least English at a basic level. My driver did no speak any English and had to use a translator app on the phone while driving the car. The drive created some dangerous (and unnecessary situations) in traffic. I think my driver was not aware that the paying customer has an opinion on safety and comfort.”
